Khusus Jomblo!

Haii mblooo..

Sering ditanya ga kenapa sih kok lo masih jomblo? Haha bingung ya mau jawab apa wkwkwk. Nih gue punya tips buat ngejawab pertanyaan pertanyaan kayak gitu. Ini khusus jomblo yaa. Mongggo cekidott>>

-Gue lagi fokus belajar nih, kan mau ujian. Nanti kalo nilai gue jelek gimana dong?

Cake Keju Spesial

Nih buat yang suka keju. Monggo monggo..

Bahan :

-        -  100 ml susu cair

-         - 75 gram margarin

-          -60 gram tepung terigu protein rendah

-          -40 gram maizena

-          -¼ sendok teh baking powder

-          -6 kuning telur, kocok lepas

-          -6 putih telur

-          -1 sendok teh cream of tartar

-          -¾ sendok the garam

-          -150 gram gula pasir

-          -100 gram butter cream

-          -100 gram keju cheddar untuk taburan

Cara pemmbuatan:

-          -Panaskan susu dan margarin. Tambahkan keju lembaran. Aduk hingga larut. Biarkan hangat

-          -Ayak tepung terigu, maizena dan baking powder. Tuang campuran susu sedikit demi sedikit. Aduk rata

-          -Tambahkan kuning telur hingga merata. Lalu sisihkan

-          -Kocok putih telur, cream of tartar, dan garam sampai setengah mengembang. Tambahkan gula pasir sedikit  sedikit. Kocok hingga mengembang

-          -Tuang sedikit adonan putih telur ke adonan kuning telur. Aduk rata. Setelah agak encer, tuang kembali cairan ini ke dalam putih telur. Aduk rata

-         - Tuang adonan ke Loyang tanpa dioles margarine. Oven dengan api bawah 180 derajat Celsius 20 menit hingga matang

-          -Setelah dingin, oleskan butter cream. Taburkan keju cheddar parut

        Cake Keju sudah siap..  yeyy
